Indians love to indulge their taste buds in mouth-watering and scrumptious food with the authentic taste of diverse ethnicities and places. They just need a reason to devour great food and one of the most awaited reason is coming soon. Any guesses which reason are we talking about here??
It is the India International Trade Fair. Yes, one that is favourite of everyone since childhood. And what we love about it the most is the diverse Food Stalls and the Food Court. The 36th India International Trade Fair will be held from 14th November – 27th November 2016. So, are you ready to explore the diverse food stalls and savour your taste buds?
Let’s have a virtual tour of what you can expect this year at the IITF.
The usual stalls that hit the Trade Fair are from the states of India including Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Punjab, Kerela, J&K, Uttarakhand, Orissa and Uttar Pradesh.

1. Mumbai Pavilion


So, you can relish the famous Bombay Bhelpuri and the street food was a huge hit among the people last year. You can expect a famous street food from Mumbai this year too, might be Bombay Bhelpuri (maybe in a twisted form) or something completely new.

2. Punjab Pavilion


From the rasoi of Punjab, Butter Chicken is a sure shot favourite and among that you can also devour Chhole Bhature, Makke Ki Roti and Sarso Da Saag, Rice with curies and yeah not to be missed Biryani.

3.Rajasthan Pavilion


From the province of Rajasthan; their evergreen Thali is the most popular and along with it Kachori, Jodhpuri Mirchi Wada and many other enticing cuisines; all prepared in desi ghee. Not only that the people welcoming at the stall are also dressed in their authentic attire, which makes it an unforgettable experience.

4. Delhi Pavilion


And how can you forget Apni Dilli, which offers all the chatpata street food of Delhi and the authentic flavours and cuisines of purani Dilli. Even if you are full, then also you cannot miss out the Delhi stall by any chance.

Like every year; this year also the visitors at the IITF are up for a visual and gastronomic treat. Whenever, you plan to visit the Trade Fair don’t forget to gauge on the specialty of each state and delight your taste buds!
