Orange Red Pasta Sauce

  • Tomatoes (2)
  • Red peppers (2)
  • Cheese – Parmesan (grated – 1/8th cup)
  • Garlic (2 cloves)
  • Walnuts (1/4th cup)
  • Salt and Pepper (as required)
  • Olive oil (as required)

  • Onion (chopped – 1)

  • Milk (250 ml)
  • Butter (25 gm)
  • Flour (25 gm)
  • Cheese (grated, cheddar and cream)

  • In a pan melt the butter and add flour to it.
  • Now, gradually add milk while stirring to avoid any lumps.
  • Bring this sauce to the boil and then put it on a simmer, adding cheese to it.
  • Sauté onion and garlic in a separate pan and add this to the above sauce.
  • White sauce is ready.

Tricolor Pasta

  • Pasta (3 cups)
  • Cream (1/2 cup for every color pasta)

  • Take a pan and cook pasta in the boiling water along with some salt. Drain the excess water and set it aside.
  • Now, divide this pasta into 3 equal bowls.
  • Take the above-prepared sauces in three different pans and heat it with pasta along with a few drops of olive oil.

  • Now, decorate the plate with 3 different color layers of pasta and serve it.
