  • Full Cream Milk (500 ml)
  • Tops custard powder (2 tablespoons)
  • Sugar (3-4 tablespoons)
  • Fresh summer fruits (Pomegranate, mango, banana, kiwi, grapes, etc. as desired)
  • Nuts (few chopped for garnishing – optional)
  • Rose essence or rose squash (2-3 drops for garnishing – optional)

  • Take 20 g (2 tablespoons) of Tops Custard Powder in a bowl.
  • Take 500 ml of milk. Add approx 50 ml of milk from this to the Custard Powder, to make a smooth paste.
  • Boil the remaining milk with 50 g (3 full tablespoons) of Sugar.
  • Add Custard Powder slowly to the boiling milk, stirring continuously to avoid burning for 2-3 minutes.
  • Let it cool and your Custard is ready.
  • Finally, serve it in an attractive way. Take a glass or a dessert cup and add one layer of chilled tempting custard to it. Then, add fresh fruits and again a layer of custard.
  • Garnish it with nuts and fruits. Also, remember to serve it chilled.
